Hi it is after some fireworks, the smoke that remain in the place allow you to have this kind of environment and because the people was leaving the place everybody was walking fast enough to set the exposition to 1 second or maybe least (I was standing without a tripod, :D).
They should stop very fast at the end line and the horse knows how to do it. In the picture you see a Chilean Huaso (kind of cowboy) who ...
